RNE/FTE TTR Plenary Day in Vienna
In February this year the IMs proposed an approach in 4 phases, starting at 60 months before the timetable change to the running timetable. Three different variants were developed for the actual path request process. 18 RUs of passenger and freight traffic have delivered a comprehensive review about this. In the current project phase the model of a "Rolling Planning" with the possibility of requests at any time for periods up to 3 years. Important elements such as the safeguarding capacity for the various traffics and the harmonization of TCR information exchange and its integration into the timetabling process are also being further developed. The project organization has been adjusted for the current work. New results are expected by June 2016. Forum Train Europe FTE will inform in detail at the Plenary Assembly FTE in Bern and at the Coordination Conferences FTE D and C in Ljubljana.
