In its meeting on 9 December 2020, the RNE GA approved the ‘TTR Migration Concept’. This concept foresees a new organisational structure of TTR, allowing the early implementation of TTR components with first-wave implementers. Preconditions, such as a new programme organisation, a new project portfolio, the launch of implementation pilots and an increased budget, were all approved by the RNE GA. Next steps will include the creation of concepts for implementation pilots and the launch of new groups and boards according to the new TTR organisational structure. The ultimate aim of the TTR Migration Concept is the acceleration of the implementation of TTR components and the enhancement of the TTR process with new components, which are highly requested by the market (e.g. short-term ad-hoc requests).
